These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of post-renovation cleaning services by Hazazo and apply to every booking made through our website or by telephone. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. This document is governed by the law of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you in the part of the United Kingdom in which you reside, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Services are provided by Hazazo, registered office at 110D Duke Street, Glasgow, G24 9ZR, United Kingdom.
Any notice, complaint or request relating to these Terms or to your personal data should be sent to the email address above, and we will respond as promptly as possible.
Orders may be placed through our website booking form, by email, or by telephone. A booking request is not binding until we have confirmed it in writing, typically by email, stating the date, time, address, scope of the cleaning work and the agreed price. This written confirmation constitutes the contract between you and Hazazo.
You are responsible for providing accurate information about the property, the extent of renovation debris, access arrangements and any special conditions (for example, restricted parking or building access hours) at the time of booking. Inaccurate information may result in a revised quotation or rescheduling.
Prices are quoted in advance based on the information provided about the property size, the type of renovation carried out and the level of soiling. The quotation covers labour, standard cleaning equipment and standard cleaning products required for post-renovation cleaning, such as dust removal, surface cleaning, window cleaning (interior, reachable areas) and disposal of ordinary cleaning waste.
The quotation does not include removal of construction debris, hazardous materials, specialist deep-stain treatments not agreed in advance, or work outside the scope confirmed at booking. Any additional work identified on site will be discussed with you before proceeding and may incur an additional charge.
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing, and may be made by the methods indicated at booking or on our invoice. All prices are inclusive of applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise.
You may cancel or reschedule a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a cancellation charge to cover reserved labour and travel costs, as notified at the time of booking.
Where the contract was concluded at a distance (for example, online or by phone) and you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless you have requested that the service begin, and be completed, within that period, in which case this cancellation right may be lost once the service is fully performed.
If you are dissatisfied with the standard of cleaning, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of completion, describing the issue and, where possible, including photographs. We will investigate promptly and, where a genuine shortfall in service is identified, will arrange a remedial clean at no additional cost or offer a fair partial refund.
Hazazo will perform services with reasonable care and skill, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or defects in surfaces, fixtures or finishes that were present before our attendance, nor for damage arising from inaccurate information provided at booking.
Our liability for any loss or damage arising from our services is limited to the value of the service fee paid for the relevant booking, except in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Our website sets a single cookie, named privacy_state, which stores your cookie consent preference for a period of one year. No analytics, tracking or session cookies are set by this site. Advertising measurement, where applicable, runs only after you have given consent and only on the order confirmation page.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or in the law. The version published on our website at the time of your booking will apply to that booking.
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without affecting your right to bring proceedings in your local courts as a consumer.
For any question about these Terms, please contact us at [email protected] or by phone at +44 141 527 7398.
